Paul
Cloutier is entering his 23rd season as a football official and
his 15th season of officiating collegiate football. He
has worked a NCAA Division III quarterfinal playoff game in 2001
and a NCAA Division III first round playoff game in 2006. He is
entering his 4th
season as a crew chief working games assigned by Jim Keogh.
Paul
is a certified official for the Illinois High School Association
and worked its Class 4A State Football Championship in 2000 and
its Class 7A State Football Championship in 2001. In addition,
Paul was referee for the 2006 Chicagoland Prep Bowl Championship.
Paul is an active member of the Central Officials Association
where he has given several presentations over the years.
Paul is employed as the Chief Financial Officer for
BankFinancial Corporation in Burr Ridge, Illinois. He resides
in Burr Ridge with his wife Debbie and their two children.
