Steve Flanagan

Steve Flanagan has officiated NCAA
Division III Football in the CCIW, Midwest and NAC conferences as
an Umpire since 1999. He has worked in the Pioneer Football
League since the 2006 season and has received individual game assignments
from both the Big Ten and Mid-American Conferences. He has worked
the NCAA Division III Playoffs Series following the 2009, 2007, 2004
and 2001 seasons. Steve has also presented at COA meetings and
numerous clinics including CFO, Great Lakes and IACOA.
Professionally, Steve is employed as an Oracle Applications Developer
for JP Morgan Chase in Chicago.
Steve, his wife Laurie and their three children reside in the
Southwestern Suburbs of Chicago.
