Steve Flanagan
Central Officials Association
 Steve Flanagan has officiated NCAA
Division III Football in the CCIW Conference as an Umpire since
1999. He has officiated NCAA D3 playoff games during the 2007,
2004 and 2001 seasons. During the 2005 and 2006 seasons, Steve
worked as an alternate in the Mid-American Conference.
Professionally, Steve is employed as a Software Developer for
SD3 Corporation in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
Steve, his wife Laurie and their three children reside in the
Southwestern Suburbs of Chicago.
