Tim Kiefer has been officiating football for the past 12 years
including Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoff appearances
the past 6 seasons. Tim developed the IHSA officiating film evaluation program which is now being expanded by the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) for use across the nation.
Tim is head instructor for the Inter-Association Council
of Athletic Officials (IACAO) new officials football classes, is co-chair
of the IACAO football clinic, and a Certified Clinician with the IHSA. This is Tim's second year presenting at the CFO.
Tim is currently an Air Traffic Controller at the Air
Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Aurora, IL and lives in West Chicago,
IL with his wife Beckie, and their 2 daughters, Meghan and Molly.
