Tim Owens
Central Officials Association
Tim is entering his 20th year of football officiating
and his 4th year as an umpire on the Mid-American Conference (MAC) football
officiating staff.
Prior to working in the MAC, Tim worked in the College Conference
of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW), the Illini-Badger Conference
and the Midwest Football conference. He has worked multiple NCAA Division
III playoff games and has also worked playoff games for the NAIA.
He
has worked IHSA state playoff games for numerous years and had the privilege
of working the 1997 Chicago Prep Bowl Championship. In addition to being
on the executive committee and presenter for the Central Football Officials
Clinic, Tim is a member of the Central Officials Association where he
is on the football advisory board and a frequent presenter.
Tim is a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Mulcahy,
Pauritsch, Salvador and Company, located in Orland Park , Illinois, where
he specializes in individual and corporate income tax consulting. Tim
resides in Illinois with his wife Margaret. They have 5 daughters (Erin,
Samantha, Meghan, Stephanie and Mary) and a son (Matthew).
